At VAMOS Endurance Collective, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of the VAMOS Adventure Cap. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• Eligibility: We accept returns for unused and unworn products in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Return Window: You may return your product within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
• How to Initiate a Return:

1. Please contact us at info@vamosendurancecollective.com to start the return process. Include your order number and reason for the return.

2. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your returned item.

Refunds:

• Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. We will notify you via email once your refund is processed.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
• Partial Refunds: If the returned product is not in its original condition or has missing parts, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Any item not in its original condition or that has visible signs of wear and use.
• Items returned beyond the 30-day return window.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different color or size, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@vamosendurancecollective.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
